Used excavator export specific process:
1、Confirm the name of the specific excavator to be exported, and check the relevant HS code.
2、Confirm with Cambodian consignee whether special certificate and information are needed for customs clearance of excavator at destination port.
3、Confirm the information of port of origin and destination, consignor and consignee.
4、Communicate the delivery terms (FOB, CIF, etc.) and payment method.
5、Arrange booking, upload the information of shipping date and so on.
6、Delivery to the terminal yard
7、Confirm the time to make the container according to the pre-allocation
8、Factory loading/returning the container back to the dock.
9、Prepare the excavator export customs declaration and inspection information.
10、Customs declaration is completed to check whether it is released
11、After customs release, arrange electric release or original bill of lading.
