The client is exporting resort facilities, including but not limited to building materials, cubicles and related facilities, totaling 3400m³ by sea for a local tourist resort project in Timor-Leste. As the port where the customer needs to ship to is not a customs terminal, in order to save the number of transshipments and transportation time, the customer approached us to provide one-stop shipping service, and hoped that all the goods could be shipped directly to the designated terminal via one vessel, we customized an exclusive transportation plan for the customer, and provided the customer with one-stop service of receiving the goods, loading the vessel, lashing, reinforcement, assisting in customs clearance and sea transportation.

Key Notes
1, to ensure that the product meets the quality standards of Timor-Leste, may need to provide moisture, environmental protection and other performance test reports.
2、If the building materials involve chemical components (such as fireproof paint), it is necessary to provide additional dangerous goods transportation certificates (such as MSDS, Dangerous Package Certificate).
Customs clearance and regulatory compliance
1、Business Certificate and Tax Identification Number: It is necessary to obtain business certificate from the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Environment of Timor-Leste and apply for business tax identification number from the tax office.
2. Customs agent: local customs agent must be commissioned to declare through the Timor-Leste Customs electronic system, not by yourself.
3、If the building materials contain wood or metal products, phytosanitary or industrial product license may be required.
Packing specification
1、Use durable wooden boxes or moisture-proof materials, the outer packaging should be marked with the name, composition and “fragile” logo.
2、Dangerous goods building materials need to be labeled with dangerous goods, and provide transportation identification certificate.
