The customer is a pet product store in Shenzhen, which needs to import a batch of pet products from Japan, and found Shipping Whale  International Logistics  through introduction. The customer urgently imported this batch of goods for the first time. He missed the opportunity to cooperate with the customer because he was worried that the time limit for import customs clearance would be too long. After quick communication and understanding, he chose our company to provide import services for him.

Business Process

Pet supplies import declaration process:

1. The importer signs a sales contract with the foreign businessman and determines the terms of the contract;
2. The customer talks to our company and signs an import agency (customs clearance) contract;
3. The consignee and consignor of the import of pet products shall go through the filing procedures of the consignee and consignor in advance;
4. Prepare contracts, packing lists, invoices, certificates of origin, English labels (in triplicate), and other customs declaration materials in advance;
5. For foreign shipments, the goods arrive at the port with the information (point 4, a copy is enough) to declare the entry, and the goods are delivered to our free trade zone bonded warehouse;
6. Customs declaration pre-recording, commodity inspection declaration and Chinese label filing;
7. Customs declaration, customs issue tax bill, tax verification and tax payment release;
8. After release, the warehouse will label, and then transport and deliver to the door

General trade import process

1. The certificate of origin of the producing country;
2. Purchase contract, proforma invoice, packing list;
3. Proof of production date and shelf life;
4. Proof of the original label (1:1 ratio, three copies of the front label and the back label, and a Chinese-English comparison table for the label)

Experience Summary

1. Send the arrival notice, original bill of lading or telex release bill of lading provided by the customer to the shipping company to exchange the bill of lading fee, wharf fee, etc., in exchange for the import bill of lading.
2. Prepare the documents required for import declaration:
(1) Documents: one copy of packing list, invoice, contract, one copy of customs declaration, and one copy of power of attorney for inspection declaration.
(2) If it is a wooden packing box, a fumigation certificate and an IPPC seal must be provided for disinfection and insecticide treatment
(3) The special documents required for different products are fully prepared
(4) For countries with tax reduction or exemption, please provide relevant national preferential certificates of origin
3. After the import declaration, if the customs needs to review the price, the customer needs to provide the relevant price certificate. Such as letter of credit, policy, original factory invoice, tender and other documents required by the customs.
4. After the customs prints the tax bill, the customer needs to pay the tax within 7 working days. If the time limit is exceeded, the customs will impose a late fee on a daily basis.
